Our History

LAUER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES started as a single owner / operator in 1993 growing from residential jobs to include commercial and healthcare construction. Dave Lauer has established himself and his team as the contractor of choice who is always looking for opportunities to exceed his customers’ expectations. His goal has been to provide his customers with high quality workmanship and timely job completion in a cost-effective manner. His integrity and honesty in doing business has earned the trust of many customers who request his services and the skills of his team time and again. In October of 2018, LAUER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES acquired DORGAN AND ZUCK combining the experience and expertise of both companies to better serve our customers in Central Pennsylvania and nearby regions.
