Project Details
New construction of a 4,572 sqft residential home for KSS. The home provides eight (8) spacious resident rooms, bathrooms, a laundry room, large kitchen/dining area, living room, game room, library, and an office space for two (2) care providers. The single level accessible design on a seven (7) acre country setting was a joy to build for KSS. By working closely with KSS and their designers, we were able to overcome challenges such as storm water management. We committed to seeing this project to its completion despite its difficulties, for the sake of the people that would be calling it home. Our commitment created a mutual and lasting relationship with the KSS group.
